When you hire Days + Eves as your planner, you get a package that’s perfectly tailored to fit the needs of your event.

Your wedding is unique, and should be a reflection of your relationship. There are three distinct levels of varying support that can be customized to provide exactly what you need in order to plan and fully enjoy your wedding day together.

Full + Partial Wedding Planning

This would include everything from sourcing, meeting and negotiating with vendors to design your dream vision!

Having been in the industry for 8 years I have met the best of the best in Virginia! You will have full access to my recommended vendor list that spans from vendors to videographers, makeup artists to MCs. Additionally, communication between us is unlimited so that I will be with you every step of the way, providing you with guidance and advice toward your wedding.

Full Wedding Planning:

Our full service option is great for those of you with a million and one things to do in your busy day to day and don’t have the time or capacity to plan for the wedding. We are there as a planning partner that you can count on for support and guidance from day one!

SERVICE BEGINS AT $8500

Partial Wedding Planning:

If you are a planner at heart who has found their venue and some of their vendors and would love a professional’s opinion and guidance, Partial Planning is for you! You will have access to guides, sheets, templates to keep you organized from the start. We will officially come together about 10 months out from your wedding date to find those missing pieces and finalize details, design and duties.

SERVICE BEGINS AT $5250

Event Management

This service is day of coordination with a sprinkle of planning. It is for the couples out there who have done most of the planning and want a partner on and leading up to the wedding day.

Officially we will come together 3 months from the wedding date to discuss all the planning that has been completed so far and fill in any missing pieces. We will then become the point of contact for you and your chosen vendors to help alleviate your time before the wedding day.

Tasks that are included but not limited to…

  • Timeline Creation from getting ready to the last dance

  • Review booked vendor contracts and create an outline of your vision + their duties

  • Final walk through of the wedding site with your venue, catering and rental team

  • Finalizing and distributing the final details to vendors

  • 1 hour Ceremony Rehearsal for timing and placement

  • up to 10 hours on the day to manage vendors and timeline of events

  • Set-up and breakdown of all personal decor

A la Carte Services

Weddings are a time to bring your relationships to life! Friends and family from far and wide come together to celebrate your new relationship! They travel to the place you chose, let’s show them a good time!

Some of the fun extra things that I can do for you!:

  • Wedding Weekend Planning

    Places to go, things to do! I’m well travelled and love to explore all the new places I wind up in. We can create a weekend full of events or a simple guide to the city you choose to wed!

    This package includes planning your rehearsal dinner, welcome party and brunch/lunch the following day.

  • Wedding Website and RSVP Management

    Let’s create an easy and fun way for your guests to RSVP, access your registry, and know what the wedding weekend fun consists of!

    A thoughtful wedding website can enhance your guest experience AND save you time and energy because it can answer questions and collects information for you. From there I’ll track your RSVPs and put together the final list for you.

  • Welcome Party & Rehearsal Dinner

    While the ceremony and reception get the most attention during wedding planning, let’s not forget the other important events of your wedding! Welcome parties and rehearsal dinners play a special role in your wedding because it’s the final get together before you say “I do”. Let’s plan something special (and well organized) to kick things off!

  • Planning Consultation

    If you are just starting the planning process and want to gauge what the nexts steps would be or if you feel like you hit a wall with planning and need guidance about the next step to take you can book and hour consultation call with my team to discuss direction.

    This applies to current Event Management clients as well.

Ceremony Creation

Ceremonies are the bonding moment of sacred intention to come together as partners in this life.

I believe that your ceremony should speak and reflect your relationship!

I would love the opportunity to create the ceremony of your dreams, whether it be short + sweet or full of activities. We would work together to craft a unique ceremony to shine your love for one another. This can be anything from the ancient act of hand fasting to words of prophets (past and present) or song lyrics (yes, I have seen Aerosmith “vows” before).

Genevieve is a licensed Civil Celebrant in the state of Virginia.
